Bangkok's Concrete forest

Bangkok City Views
Bangkok, Thailand Skyline
Living in a concrete forest,

I yearn to be in a green glade for real,

With the sound of leaves whispering in my ears,

Carried by soft winds caressing my face.

The asphalt is hard on my feet,

In pain at the end of the day,

they scream at me

for soft sandy shores on which to play.

The air stings my nose,

with buses billowing smoke,

my nose knows what it needs,

clean air to breathe.

Living in a concrete forest is not easy

for someone like me,

who enjoys natures company.
