Chicken and rice is commonly found on the streets of Thailand and can be a tasty and quick dinner. The dish is primarily Chinese but the the Thais make it their own by serving it with a spicy sauce. The dish comes in three main variations - rice served with boiled chicken or fried chicken or a mix of fried and boiled chicken. The dish is also served with jellied chicken blood and a bowl clear chicken soup. All very delicious together.
